Although only a small office our friendly and helpfull staff are always happy to greet you and provide you with whatever information you require about the town's accommodation, conferencing facilities, outdoor and indoor attractions, events and so on.

Our philosophy is "helping you to help yourself"

With a permanent staff of only two it is impossible for us do everything for everyone but we can help our members, our public and visitors to advertise their own facilities and events or find their way around our town, our district and even our Province. Also with the assistance of our volunteer Committee Members we are able to help organise a number of events and functions to help highlight our town and district for everyone's benefit.

FACILITIES
At our office, which is conveniently situated in the old Town Hall, we have space to display your brochures so that they are handy for any visitors to see and to take. And for our visitors our staff are always on hand to help you find your way.

Every year we take a stand at the Newcastle Winter Festival where we showcase the attractions of the area.

And if you have found this site you will know that we have a world class web site where you can list your establishment.

WEB SITE
A most important requirement of any establishment in the modern Tourism world is access to the electronic highway and one of the important facilities that we have made available on our site is not only the ability to list your establishment but for a small hosting sum we can host a page for you, or have your page linked to our site. Shortly you will even be able have your own "patch" on the listing that enables you to access it directly and update your information and to register the number of enquiries that come your way.

We have even gone one further and attained an agreement for compilying the information for www.newcastle.co.za and the information you see on our Tourism site will also appear on the new Newcastle site.

And if that is not enough! If you are one of those persons who does not know how the web works but realises they have to be connected, our Graphic Designer and Webmaster have kindly agreed to help you!
